In this way, the applies to the purpose of this research, which aims to help administrators to understand a little about the universe of people with disabilities. We carried out an ideation and arrived at a service, which was validated, based on the principles of service design, and from the validation we arrived at the Inclusion Trail, which aims to bring knowledge to administrative technicians.</p> ER -
