Metaverse and dinosaurs are two improvable terms that when aligned reveal the capacity of design to aid in the dissemination and scientific interaction. During the last few decades, the way people are consuming art, culture and science has become faster and more immersive, so that new technologies have become more necessary. Thus, this study aims to develop an application for the metaverse that provides the interaction experience in an exhibition with dinosaurs of Brazil. For the development of the paper, the Design Thinking method proposed by Vianna et al. (2012), its four steps and nine tools were used. Therefore, it is expected that this application will contribute to the dissemination of Brazilian science, especially in the field of paleontology.
