uma revisão sistemática orientada ao Design de Experiência

Resumo

O Método Canguru (MC) é uma estratégia consolidada de cuidado neonatal humanizado. Entretanto, a literatura privilegia seus desfechos clínicos e dedica menor atenção à experiência materna na ambiência hospitalar. Esta revisão sistemática aplicou o método PRISMA e analisou publicações de 2021 a 2024, para compreender os benefícios do MC e examinar como a literatura aborda a experiência materna, a participação familiar e a ambiência hospitalar. Das bases Scopus, Web of Science, SAGE Journals e SciELO resultaram 64 artigos de revisão. A síntese confirma benefícios neurofisiológicos, comportamentais, emocionais e relacionais, mas revela atenção limitada às condições físicas, sensoriais e espaciais do cuidado. Desconforto ergonômico, falta de privacidade, ruído, luminosidade intensa e suporte institucional insuficiente dificultam o contato pele a pele. Interpretados à luz do Design Baseado em Evidências (Evidence-Based Design), do Design Baseado na Experiência (Experience-Based Design) e das Ambiências Homeodinâmicas Restauradoras, os achados destacam a experiência materna e familiar como fonte de evidências para decisões projetuais nas Unidades Canguru.
