Conceptos y técnicas históricas de la innovación abierta: Una revisión sistemática

Resumen

Debido al crecimiento en la implementación de la Innovación Abierta en el mercado competitivo y en el Diseño de Producto, es necesario comprender más so­bre esta práctica, por lo que este artículo tiene como objetivo identificar la Evolución Histórica de la Innovación Abierta - cómo surgió y cuáles fueron los factores que cul­minó en su existencia - y cuyos modelos orientan actualmente su aplicación, a través de una Revisión Sistemática en las bases de datos Scopus y DOAJ. Con un portafolio de 20 artículos relacionados con el tema, se realizaron análisis bibliométricos y de contenido. Encontramos 35 términos históricos que guiaron la investigación de lecturas clásicas para la generación de una infografía con el rasgo histórico de la Innovación Abierta, además de 31 modelos colaborativos explorados teórica y empíricamente por los autores analizados. Esta encuesta nos permitió comprender los métodos de la Innovación Abi­erta y su importancia, además de incentivar futuros estudios que involucren Diseño de Producto y Co-creación.

Mestranda do Programa de Pós-graduação em Design pela Universidade Federal do Amazonas, e possui graduação em Design pela mesma Universidade. Atualmente é professora substituta no Departamento de Design e Expressão Gráfica pela UFAM.

Franciane da Silva Falcão, Universidade Federal do Amazonas

Doutora em Design na linha de pesquisa de Ergonomia (2015) e mestra em Design pela UNESP (2007) e graduação em Desenho Industrial pela UFAM (2001).  Atualmente é Professora no departamento de Design e Expressão Gráfica e no Mestrado Profissional de Design.

Augusto César Barreto Rocha, Universidade Federal do Amazonas

Doutor em Engenharia de Transportes pela UFRJ (2009), possui mestrado em Engenharia de Produção pela UFSC (2002) e graduação em Processamento de Dados pela UFAM (1998). Atualmente é Professor Associado com docência na graduação, Mestrado e Doutorado.
