Elicitación de requisitos con dinámicas de discusión visual colaborativa

Resumen

Este artículo presenta, desde la perspectiva del Diseño de la Información, un estudio teórico-práctico con el fin de demostrar que se pueden elaborar representaciones gráficas para registrar contenidos e información discutidos en reuniones de elicitación de requisitos para el desarrollo de software. Para ello, el método adoptado se apoyó en la investigación bibliográfica sobre pensamiento visual, alfabetización visual, construcción colaborativa de conocimiento, repertorios interpretativos visuales, modelo mental, dinámicas colaborativas de discusión visual, y procesos y técnicas de elicitación de requisitos para el desarrollo de software, y también en la realización de un estudio analítico de técnicas de elicitación de requisitos basadas en representaciones gráficas. Como resultado, se observó que las técnicas analizadas (y las características de las representaciones gráficas elaboradas) sugieren que las dinámicas colaborativas de discusión visual son un ambiente propicio para la elicitación de requisitos en el contexto estudiado.
